We create space for artists who want to build their careers consciously, healthily, and for the long term.

We talk about process, creative blocks, crises, discipline, rest, and the everyday. We don't romanticize burnout, and we don't support the myth of the 'suffering genius'. We teach skills and provide tools so that artists can become self-sufficient. These include personal branding, mental health care, building support networks and connections, and the technical operation of audio and video equipment. In general, understanding one's own craft as a business. Our goal is to support creative people in developing their careers and creative identity so that art doesn't destroy life, but becomes a healthy, integral part of it.

We envision an artistic environment where no creator has to start from scratch alone.

Our studio is meant to be a place, a physical space and a digital community, around which artists gather, looking for knowledge, collaboration, and meaning in their work. The studio on Tęczowa Street in Wrocław is our center of operations: a place where our content is made, workshops happen, conversations are recorded, and artists can work together, growing personally and as a community. The heart of the operation is the Fungazza YouTube channel, but we don't neglect other streaming and social platforms where we also share the materials we produce.
